Kenny Mendelsohn and Mays Jemison were partners in one of the largest plaintiff’s litigation firms in Alabama. In 1992, they decided to start their own “small” firm. They remained partners dedicated to serving the River Region community until Mays’ passing in 2015.
Kenny continues as a sole practitioner based in Montgomery, representing plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury cases which he reviews and accepts on an individual basis. Kenny understands that when people lose a loved one or suffer a serious injury or significant financial loss, they want and need a lawyer that they can communicate with. By limiting the number of cases he takes, he can provide the same quality of representation as a big firm, but better provide the personal service you desire.
