Kenneth J. Mendelsohn
Kenny served for a year as a law clerk for the Honorable Truman Hobbs, U.S. District Court Judge in the Middle District of Alabama. In 1981, he joined the staff of the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office as an Assistant District Attorney where he worked as a prosecutor until 1983. He then became a partner in one of Alabama's largest plaintiff-oriented firms and practiced as a plaintiff's attorney for nine years. In 1992, he and colleague Mays Jemison formed Jemison & Mendelsohn.
He shares a love of sports with his wife Tracey and their two sons. In his free time, he coaches little league baseball and basketball. Kenny is a frequent public speaker on the subject of litigation involving car and truck collisions, and is a published author.
